BloodX is a social service mobile application created to help people connect with blood donors during emergency situations. By using the BloodX app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of the App

BloodX is a non-commercial social service platform that connects blood donors and people in need of blood. BloodX does not provide medical services and does not guarantee blood availability.

2. User Eligibility

• Only users 18 years and above are allowed to register as blood donors.
• Users must provide accurate and genuine information.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the app only for genuine emergency blood requirements
• Do not misuse donor contact details
• Do not use the platform for commercial or promotional purposes
• Respect donor and receiver privacy

Any misuse of the app may result in temporary suspension or permanent account removal.

4. Donor & Receiver Responsibility

• BloodX only connects donors and receivers
• All communication and decisions are between users
• BloodX is not responsible for medical outcomes or emergencies

5. Data Usage

User data is collected and handled according to the BloodX Privacy Policy. Phone numbers are shown only for emergency contact purposes.

6. App Availability

BloodX may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

7. Account Removal

• Accounts providing false or misleading information may be removed
• Accounts reported for misuse may be blocked
• Users can request account and data deletion anytime

8. Limitation of Liability

BloodX shall not be held liable for:

• Non-availability of blood
• Delayed or failed communication
• Medical or health-related outcomes
• Any loss or damage arising from app usage

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of updated terms.
